As a councillor,
I’ve always prided myself on being as open and contacted-able as possible.
This ethos is engrained in everything I do so unless I’m holiday (sadly I
don’t get to take enough), I do my utmost to ensure every telephone call
and email (or IM) is replied to on the same business day it is received.
